Organization in Planning
Being organized in your planning helps to keep the instructor's focus on what elements are needed in the course and how those elements will be delivered. A disorganized planner is evident to their students as is an organized one. It sets the tone.
I agree. Students have often told me that they consider an unorganized teacher to be less competent than an organized teacher.
I agree. Organization not only helps the instructor to stay focus, but also encourages each student to stay focused.
I agree organization is the key, but you should also be able to adjust your plan if need be,to accommodate the educational needs of a student &/or students that is a not grasping a (planned) concept quickly.
