Lesson Plan

It was not until I started to us a lesion plan that, I could see a better outcome for my class.
I always had a outline of what I was to teach, but a true lesion plan keeps me on track.

I also think a lesson plan rather than a lesson outline is a better way to go. At least it is for me. The students benefit from an organized instructor that has a set objective for the day.

I agree...having set objectives is an efficient approach to managing class time. It is also important to provide "flex time" within the lesson plan, to account for additional class discussions or student questions.
