Lesson plan formatting

I had a hard time at first when it came to putting my lesion plans together. Then I started to go over my old plans and make changes for the better. This has help to make my lessons very strong.

It was not until I started to us a lesion plan that, I could see a better outcome for my class. I always had a outline of what I was to teach, but a true lesion plan keeps me on track.

I like to give all types test. I do not think that one kind of test should be used all the time. I have work very hard to mix my test up.

I never new just how to make sure that all of my students were getting what they needed from my lesson plan. This has given me a great source to follow when working with my classes.

Setting my goals

I have never been a good goal setter. After taking this session I now know that goal setting is a must. I have been a person that has just gone with the flow. I know that this is not a good thing. I plan to put this goal session to work for me.

Asking Students Questions

I have applied the items that I have learned in this session. It has made me take time and listen to each and ever students voice. I have found that the class is having fun and seem to get more into the topic. I also feel that giving praise to my class gives them the much needed confidence that they all are in need of.

Learning Styles

I have found that by knowing all the different learning styles, it has giving me tools to make my class run smoother. I now take the time to asset each student and how their roll in class will better fit them for their best learning outcome.

I have always been asked why is it that my students always seem to love my class? After taking this class I can see why. I have always been a people person and I keep my class as motivated as I can.

Sit or Stand to Teach

Patricia I am with you I must be up moving around and seeing what that class is into. I like to work with my class. I think this helps to keep them motivated.
