By setting high standards and enforcing them consistently, soft skills are required to for students to adapt.

Computer literacy is a lifelong learning process, not just for students, but everyone with a computer and or technolgy associated career. We as instructors can only assist if we are competent in the knowledge of the technology presented.

I feel like "soft skills" are necessary for success anywhere.

I believe in lifelong learning. There are so many changes due to technology being upgraded that it is almost too hard to keep up.

Expressing yourself requires soft skills to understand how to say what you mean. However, technical writing requires higher-level critical thinking skills. I can express myself, but writing technical jargon usually takes me a while to find the correct words to describe what I need to say.

Allowing students to reflect on what they are learning, and how to apply it to higher learning skills.

I need to teach more adaptability. I am trying to have a steady and predictable class set up but I should intentionally shake it up a bit and talk the students through situations of flexibility

I have always valued soft skills and incorporated them in my classes, but I am looking for new ideas. Actually I might pull up some of the videos in here and show them because they are concise and good content. I am learning more ways to incorporate them

Basic computer skills are so important for our students. A lot of them are use to their chromebooks so when they come in my classroom, which is a computer lab with desktops, I take the time to teach them the basics of how to log out, save files, etc.

Being a lifelong learner is so important. I think students need examples of that in the real world. I love it when I have a guest speaker in marketing or business classes who references the professional development or continuing education they do. It is so important for our students.
