Programs offered

As an admission personnel it is essential to explain to prospective students about the requirements of each program at its institution so that they can make a decision about whether the program meets their needs and abilities.

Commission Rules & Regulations

There are variety of commission rules & regulations that regulate our institution; therefore, I set up a monthly recurrence reminder so that I can check for updates and changes of these regulations.

Resource Notebook

A resource notebook I believe will help you remember the guidelines plus techniques to learn about your institution. It will assist you to improve upon what you already had and provide up-to-date information to prospective applicant accurately and quickly.

Professional Development

I find myself being a revived enrollment specilaist after realizing that there is more than meets the eye to be involved in my line of work. We need to have an understanding of all positions in order to better ourselves.

Rules

This is good for knowing rules and regulations so that I don't jeopardize my institution or myself.

My Side

This is very informative information that will propel me into being an excellent enrollment specialist. Definitely a polisher for future experiences.

My take

This was very informative in knowing the roll of every department and very helpful to know how and what to convey to a prospective student.

Organizational files-Protocol

It is important to have protocol in place to have a great organizational filing system for Student confidential documents.

Student feedback-Graduation

It is highly important to get feedback/exit surveys from Students so that Colleges can improve on there process and guidelines. I also think it should be apart of the graduation requirements.

Career services placement?

Are career services required after graduation to place students in jobs related to their field or can they place student in any job?

Schools that advertise job

I see many signs that advertise jobs along with the name of the college...is this out of compliance? Also, many schools advertise on job websites.

Agents

Are admissions representatives required to carry an agent permit or is this only applied to agents?

Introduction

Seems that Florida as a state has taken some pretty extreme measures to protect its' patrons against being exploited or mis-guided in terms of Education. I think it is a sign of the times when we have to go to these extremes to protect our students. Some schools in the proprietary industry have made it very difficult for other schools to be successful due to their greed and deceptive practices.

Marketing

Our Marketing Department has streamlined communication through posting every campaign or print materials on Share Point and also in a designated area in our lead database. The communication is only a click away, should they be unavailable in person.

Military Enrollments

We have to have knowledge of military programs and military funding. My goal as a retired military member is to help all military with their enrollment needs!

Foreign Student

I would like to know if there are some rules and regulations for foreign students.

Transfer of credits

Clarifying incoming and outgoing credits to institution.

Phlebotomy and EKG

What are the recommended amount of hours for the certification of Phlebotomy and EKG, as there are many schools with different hours of achieving these.

Agent's license

Since an agent has to their license renewed every year, does that mean they have to take this course again?

Accreditation

When someone asks if your school is accredited, what does he really mean?
