Hi Angelina, Providing feedback is a crucial process in engaging students. More so in a remote environment, it is our job and goal that our students feel seen and supported. Leading by example is also important. If we as professors set deadlines and request that those deadlines be respected, we also need to respect grading deadlines.

agree, this is important. Being a strong support system can make all the difference in a student’s success. When students know they’re truly seen and supported, they’re more likely to stay engaged, confident, and willing to grow.

I agree with Angelina ,to treat the student fair, to keep them engaged, the be creative ,to have inspirational awards and to encourage student to be good team players, and to be a great motivator and to conduct myself as the professional teacher that respects the student whileupholding the rules.and regulations of my school.

Another way to engage students in the learning process is to use VIrtual Reality scenarios & even Chat GPT.
