I have learned that all departments from admissions to career services as an important role in students success.

I learned that students must be involved with other students and faculty it helps with retention and student satisfaction.

I learned that orientation and mentoring are critical to retention.

I learned that the more the student knows about the program the school and the career opportunities the better chance of success. 

As an Instructor, how do you navigate circumstances, such as natural disasters and how they affect our students?

I agree with Shareen that the course helped me understand the importance of feedback.

I realized that I will need multiple ways for evaluating students.
