This was a very good experience.  I am new to the industry and this training program was very easy to read and understand.  It broke everything down into a very simple form so that all of the information was not overwhelmig.  The quizes through out the course were also beneficial; the more the information is repeated  the more likely I am to remember it.  The questions on the quizes and tests were worded very closely to how it was in the text so that also made it a little easier to remember the information.  Overall, this was a good course and I would recommend it to anyone new to the industry or even to someone who just needs a refresher course.
