I agree!  I appreciate the classes that help me look at the system of education with a more broad perspective.  I have also found that the quarterly faculty meetings help me to look not only at myself, but how my actions affect the corportation as a whole.

Yes it will because I think it could be easy to get wrapped up in the subjects that we teach and inherently follow these practices without reflecting on them. We should be giving it more thought on a daily basis so that we stay on track and remain a superior institution.

I found this course to be helpful. It is good to see things spelled out clearly. I like the fact that I can print the pages out for reference throughout the year.
