Based on this training, I have learned that being more intune with an on line presence is extremely important in this day and age. Things are changing daily and we have to keep up with the changes if we want to suceed in the job market and want our students to suceed in the job market. I plan on updating my on on line profile, make an avatar, have a hyper link to my profile and URL. I plan on having an on line BIO and helping my students see the need for this as well as seeing the need to keep thier present on line profiles appropiate to thier current career fields. The challeng I have is that I am not really that good with this. I do have a LinkedIn profile with 500 + connections and have connected with many of them in searching for jobs for my students.  I realize that I have work to do to keep up with the changes and that is the challeng I am facing now.
