I have learned that students stay engaged when teaching is clear, relevant, and connected to real-life experiences. Using empathy, enthusiasm, and practical examples help to build trust and motivation.

I plan to use clear communication, provide immediate feedback, and create opportunities for active participation.

I have been able to better understand how to motivate students and keep them engaged by using different teaching strategies and maintaining a positive, supportive environment.

A challenge would be balancing different learning styles and keeping all students engaged. However, I am excited to plan to improve by adapting my teaching strategies and using ongoing feedback to better meet students' needs.
