RT105 Great course.....

This was a fantastic learning tool. RT105 really helped improve the way I look at customer service, both personally and as it relates to my school.  I look forward to applying (what I have learned in this course) to my daily practices and interactions with students as the Bursar of my school. 

I agree with Robert. This was a great learning tool. It had very important and interesting information about the importance of customer service. I will most definitely will be implementing what I learned to my daily work.

Thanks for your comments Robert and Rosa. I was looking for a second retention course to take. I just finished RT102 and it was good information about the orientation process.

This was a great course that I will recommend to other members of my TEAM... I have been in the service industries for many years and this covers everything I have learned over the years and then some, especially how it relates to the Education field that I work in now. Thank you for providing RT105 for continued learning.

I agree.  This was an awesome learning tool.  It helped to highlight areas that need improvement in our school as well as confirm a lot of areas where we are doing a great job.

Great course! RT 105 for Raising the bar to first class customer service was full of great information on retaining students and in my schools case keeping our clients happy as well.  It gave me great ideas to up my customer service and to keep progressing and growing in the years to come.  Thank you!! :)
