This class helped me both personally and professionally and I am glad I took this course.  I look forward to applying the skills I developed while taking this course.

I will definetly use some of the things I learned in this course. Some I already have but, there were some I had not thought of.

RT 104 was well organized and provided many useful reminders of what helps or hinders in the area of student retention.

This course helped reignite those motivational fires within me.  I have a true passion for helping others and always had the attitude that if ONE person makes it, that was all worth the hard work and efforts in retaining them.  I've been in this industry for several years now and noticed a decrease in my desire to help students push forward.  Now, I feel as if I have so many more ideas and cannot wait to try to incorporate what I learned through these courses to ensure more successful students.

I guess I've always operated with an intillegent heart. Empathy, along with a sincere interest in student success, goes a long way toward positive retention.
