Good Afternoon Everyone

I just completed the ED101, I thought it was very informative and will definitely prepare me for the structure and the sequencing necessary to start a successful new and future cohorts within my field with great success.  I feel sometimes for myself I look for approval in the wrong places.  Now that Ihave reviewed the material necessary for success, my approval will be based on consistency.  Creating a successful script for professionalism with taking the necessary steps to a good syllabus , recognizing and adjusting my instruction to incorporate the  different learning  skill sets styles.  I feel my interpretation on how to effectively execute lesson plans and alternative means of instruction will definitely get through to a variety of learners within my Allied Science program.  I always have incorporate a Leader is only as good as the people he/she leads
