I plan to stratagize an effective online learning program for my students so that they have the ability to collaborate and communicate in a manner that allows them to gain meaningful knowledge about their academic interests.  Providing them a well designed rubric in order to fullfil all of their academic requirements is essential.  I've realized more through this online training that it is imparative to remain transpartent with students so that they have a clear understanding of expectations, rules and consequesences.  The online environment can be a very valuable working tool for those that want to use it but can be major obstacle for those that lack knowledge or face fear of the unknown regarding this type of learning platform.  It will be my job to communicate well with all students and identify their needs or not, so that I can ensure they have a seemless experience through the online course.
