My wisdom is how I connect and listen to people. I am empathic, listen and share my personal story to relate to the prospective student. My plans are not to interrupt and get to the root cause as to why they want to take the course. I have been successful in engaging and making people feel comfortable so they can share their stories. Some challenges are for me is I tend to interrupt and my working on slowing down when speaking. This has helped me be more aware of the things I need to improve to be a better salesperson.
