I agree with Lisa, the course was a good refresher. Coming from Admissions and now working in Student Services, we all need to know how to communicate information correctly to students. I feel the course was very detailed and the consequences of misrepresentation we also very clear. Courses such as this one are good to do not only annually but something we should refresh if you ever had any doubts or concerns.
