First Class Customer Service

I have been working very hard with my team to foster first class customer service by coaching and guiding to never give up on a student.  There are many times that instructors form biases against students due to past student behaviors or perceived beliefs of students.  These biases come out in every little thing we do and cause students to think that if the instructor does not believe in them, they must not be good enough and will never succeed.  I tell my instructors that I never give up on my students.  As Director of Education, I will continue to coach toward the success path and focus on developing a plan forward for every student.
