My wisdom, best practices, action plans, and successes!!!  Well, much success for me depends on the reflection of the students.  I have tried many different types of lectures and have gotten much feedback.  I try to meet each and every student where they are but I am finding it difficult to sustatain.  I am now focusing my attention on the majority and encouraging the other students to see me personally to fill in the gaps.  Teaching is a challenge -- I am a type A person and I want to be successful in ALL that I do.  When one student is not satisfied, I find it challenging to accept my limitations.  Continuing to seek out knew opportunities to learn other teaching styles helps me grow.
