Hello!  I  value the compliance training as a reference tool as needed and it is recommended to bookmark this website for reference at any time. Additionally, if you do not have a binder to create and color code, do so in WORD any information you wish to reference when in question on compliance related topics before providing information to the prospective student ,etc.  If in doubt , research your notes before you ask the DOA or supervisor.  Always ask questions, and if you are a perfectionist by nature, put that by the wayside and allow contructive critisim to come to YOU and remain confident in your apptitude to perform outstanding efforts towards helping every student as a individual, not a number.  Remember, they are coming to Concorde because of YOU , so be the best version of YOU every day!  Onward & Upward and celebrate your successes -even the small ones, every day!
