The Art of Educating and Teaching

Through my years in the education industry, I have found that there is no better way to learn than sharing your knowledge and understanding with others. Of course in the classroom, the first goal of the insrtructor is to instruct and to be instructed. Therefore, this could add a bit more stress when it comes to finding the rights words, and the right technique to impart knowledge.

I have also learned that in order to fill a bottle with the proper content, you need first to figure out whether it is empty, partially filled with the right matter, or even filled with the wrong content. This is to magnify the importance of pre-tests and post-tests. While Pre-tests guide through what needs to be covered, and how; the latter, post-tests, ensures the extent it was properly received. I will admit that the Subject Matter Expert may realize that it is also important to be a great Delivery Expert(IDE) by tailoring the material or the content to the level of he most average student. In this regard, floating and proper non-verbal communication are key elements to keep all students engaged.
