CHALLENGES

I find that is it most important to stay current with all information as the prospect often comes to the interview thoroughly misinformed and confused but thinking they know "everything" based on what they have heard in the "street".  Once they are "educated", better informed, sound, confident decisions are more likely to be made.

I too agree, when an individual stay current or up-to-date on the lates information provided by their employer it's hard to become confused or misinformed on the latest changes. Also this would be a great opportunity to ask for a team building exercise or outing to discus the new changes  so that everyone will be on the same page as the companies vision and goals.
