New admissions rep glad that I completed the program

For the past 3 weeks, I have been training in house with our entire admissions staff and I have learned a great deal of information. This program not only help to connect the dots on many areas but also provide a background as to why we do what we do. I am thankful to be part of a program that is very conscentious of ethics and morals and takes their training very seriously. I too have a checklist to follow and still have a few more days of training to go through. I definitely feel confident to present the right information and do my job well.

Same here! I started 1/17/11 and was so overwhelmed. I wrote down everything I heard and made sure that if I didnt understand something, I asked. At first I was nervous knowing I had to do the Max Knowledge training because of the testing, but after all was said and done, I did very well.  The course was set up in a way to learn key concepts either by breifing them prior to the test or asking your peers and getting feed back from what others have experienced. Great concept and for me, I oculdnt be happier with the result.  I feel much more comfortable with executing my job and being knowledgable in my field.

Being new to the educational system and the admissions department is a bit information overload. The opportunity to walk myself throught the Max Knowledge course at my own pace and test myself along the way was extremely helpful. There are still some specifics that I need to obtain in regards to my specific school but I have the core to build on now. I too am proud to know that my school values proper placement of the students.
