Teamwork is a crucial part of my job being Successful. If I am being honest, it is hurdle I am currently facing. I have found that doing more face-to-face conversations with following up with written or email recaps or reminders is helping. I have also started implementing one on one meetings with my fellow workers so I can clear up any miscommunication or confusion they are having in a more private setting. I find when I speak to them as a group it is great to get the information across along with the why. When I meet with them individually, they ask more questions and seem to take in the information better. Like I said before it is a work in progress, but I do see progress. I will take the practices shared in this training and implement with my group and individual meetings.
