One of the best things about this training is that it effectively reinforces that doing the right thing and maintaining a high level of integrity is not a bad thing, or something to be fearful of, rather it should be a natural part of daily interations to promote the best possible experience for our students.  Transparency creates an environment where students are accurately prepared for their learning experience, and helps to alleviate some of the tensions in the classroom when inflated expectations were created through superlatives in the admissions process and therefore not lived up to in the educational experience.  I am looking forward to continuing to implement these practices in my daily interractions with students,  staff, and faculty around campus!
