Compliance is an Adverb

Compliance training is always great, because it forces you to humanize every part of our positions, think outside of ourselves and consider the vairied consequences of our actions on the school, other departments and our students.  I would prefer to interact with other departments and colleagues in person for the same reason I think that compliance training is important.  A forum topic disussed in the training was whether or not compliance is an action or a result I believe that it is both the action and the description of that action, and that it can best be learned through interaction with one another.

Here! Here! I appreciate this about Concorde, that they bring us together for certain subjects to discuss as a whole or a large group, at least. Thank you, Concorde!

I am proud of Concorde that ths organization cares about being in compliance and provides this training to its employees.

I am glad to be part of a organization that has high standards not only for our students but to employess in every department. Our Mission Statements gives a clear understanding of what we do. I as a leader I lived by it everyday and enforce that my team does the same.

I really like having Values and Standards to live by and work by. Our mission truly puts our duties as educators in place. Live by example is what I always say. It is great to work with great team members that are on the same page.

Ogle holds its team members to high standards and has employees that really believe in the mission/values that are in place.  It is great to work with an organization where each person knows what they are striving to accomplish.

Compliance training is wonderful. I have learned a lot of technique to enhance my career, and I've  also learned how to stay compliant with the department.I discorver useful information. For example I thought the file cabinet could be of any material like a wooden one, but i have learned it has to be a fire proof one. and also the type of information that should be in the student's file.
