Accelerated Learning in a Simulation Class

I am a Simulation Instructor. It is a great job because I can create scenarios that mimic real - life situations in teaching our students. This course is valuable to me since I can use certain things like peripheral learning, music or the Pygmalion effect to help in the students' learning processes. This also gives me the opportunity to ask more from our students, make them share their life experiences, to enrich our over-all learning. I need to learn and practice more on the instructor's notes and on the logistical notes as well.

I am taking some courses for simulation to lead the simulation learning in my school, i found it very engaging, stuiational and experiencial learning that will benefit the studnets to deepned their learning and assist them to prioritize, relate the content to the situation to think criticaly and make clinical decision.
