This trainning is really helpful and has a lot of current information. I have learned a lot of new things to apply in our institution, there is always room for improvements.

This course is a grteat refresher and each section had at least one or two things I was not sure about - now I know!

I enjoyed the training, but wish it was more tailored to my department. Interesting to learn about how other departments operate on what they can and cannot provide on various information.
