Positive Reinforcement

I find that positive reinforcement goes far with my students!

I absolutely agree...they thrive like children to bide for my attention with positive feedback. They also love it when a preceptor provides positive feedback, they work harder at the clinical sites to show their knowledge!

Most of the students come in with pre conceptions about school and having a positive attitude towards their learning really does make a differnce.

Definitely!!!

There's nothing like honest and positive reinforcement when thing are being done well or correctly. If they aren't being done correctly some guidance is necessary, at which point (hopefully) students will try things the correct way, giving the instructor and opportunity for positive reinforcement!
