I actually felt the same way as well ,I thought it would be too long and boring.I was rather pleasantly surprise about the training.The training was informative ,and it help me know about polices , procedures,and compliance's.Being new in admission is kind of scary,but the training help me out tremendously.

This was my first time training to be an agent so I know where you're coming from. I found it was much easier to grasp than I thought it would be, and the notebook I made helped out a lot.

I found this course to be very well organized and easy to understand and to do on-line. It is so important to stay current on all information with our jobs so this was a fun, easy way to do that. I liked how the training was presented and the forums at the end were great to get/give feedback.

It wasn't bad at all. We all need to be reminded of the rules and I think it was done in a way that kept my attention. The forums were also good. We don't get to "play" with others a lot so that was great!
