First Week

Success of failure is not a one day event or even a first week activity.  Its an entire program process.  Buyer remorse can happen at anytime.  The student will experience highs and lows throughout the school term.  Its our job to identify it in the early stage before it becomes an issue.

Communication is constant now a days.  Staff, faculty, other students, family and friends all play a role in retention.  We are not fighting for the right to study but for the development of an individual in their proper place in our community.  A community that is strengthen but the accomplishments of its members.

Instructors can be a great in keeping students here at our organization, but its when he or she leaves and goes home is another matter. For whatever reason --the family or friends hinders some of our students in returning or other issues are going on and have now escalated during the student class sessions. Which is sad, I have great students who can further his or her educational needs and are near the end--then all of a sudden he or she drops from the program. I can make calls to the student, but its up to that adults to change his or her mind
