As educator one of the challenges that we deal everyday is on how to engage the students and stay focus on their study, lecture-discussions or even achieve higher scores. It is imperative to recognize and understand the intrinsic and extrinsic factors that may interfere with their studies. After identifation of the problem, educators needs to focus on the resolution of the proble.
