This course not only enlightened me on new leadership styles and techniques. I feel it will enhance my current leadership skills and, in turn, help me to empower my team and create a more effecient work environment. The specific differences learned in this lesson between a manager and leader helps me to value and appreciate my manager even more. Learning more about a clear vision and how it relates to the mission was also beneficial. Most importanly, I was able to take away new tactics on how to motivate people who do not follow the vision or unmotivated employees. I think most companies experience this from time to time and being able to coach them properly is imperative. This course helped enhance my knowledge overall in the world of leadership and I feel sure others will benefit the same.
