I agree completely with knowing the student. I have never sold school to my students. I try to place myself in the students shoes and feel what they may be feeling. By doing this I train more and try to learn much more. It is so important for the Agent or Representative to connect with the student and to not push the student into something that they are not ready for.

I agree if What your doing your passionate about it , it will show in your work ethics
