I work in Financial Aid, and most of this course focused on other departments in the school...this was enlightening for me. It was nice to see the other departments through the eyes of the COMTA standards and see just how much thought, planning, and organization goes into the educational aspects of our programs. I am just a small piece of this puzzle...a tiny gear in this machine; and all together we (all the departments) make this school a functioning entity.
