I think meaningful feedback is always useful for connecting learning objectives in specific details as long as they used them the proper way by giving the studentsthe pernitent information to help them to develop their knowledge and skills.
I have learned about the importance of creating a rubric when assessing learning. Also important to give immediate feedback to students.
Providing timely and positive feedback helps students improve learning. Implementing peer assessment helps students learn how to assess their peers' work and provide constructive criticism.
Prompt tailored feedback is essential for students to improve on future work.
I usually teach math and never thought of using a rubric for that. I do however utilize exit tickets. These help me to see where I need to review the next day.
I think my main take away was different types of feedback for students and other methods besides just written communication.
a student centered approach is important because ultimately they are the consumers of the content and the content should prepare them to work in the field upon completion of the class.
I like the idea of incorporating peer evlauation proir to final submission of assignment. I found the information on what to include in a peer evaluation very useful. I will implement more peer evaluations in my upcoming courses!
Never heard the term before but I'm going to learn how to set one up because feedback is essential
I will embrace the concept of exit tickets to use as checkpoints in scaffolding and to document student progression.
I like the concept of one-minute papers. It compels the student to be brief and gives the instructor insight into where each student, and the cohort, is at set points through the term.
Feedback on students work is crutial in helping them learn. Peer review feedback helps students learn from reviewing their peers and seeing how they completed the assignment and where they could have improved their own assignment.
My boss like using Rubrics to evaluate the online instructors too!
i learned about formative vs summative feedback. I am going to focus on increasing my formative feedback during class and one on one communication.
I learned the importance of feedback and how to do it properly
I enjoyed the statement of assessments are for the students and not to the students. Great Perspective
I'm learning about different ways to provide feedback and the importance of specific feedback to help students learn.
Specific feedback on the assessment is important to learners so they can enhance their learning by correcting their mistakes.
how important feedback can be not only to the students, but to the teacher. It is a great way to make sure your teachin style is reaching everyone on the same level and that no one is being left behind.
