As instructors we do see race, but we must respect allcultures, and make students feel more comfortable
Yes totally agree if you don't pay attention to all these things, the students learning environment will be very blah and bland in all aspects. Plus the students wont be as engaged as if this was imp to the teache and or schools.
"Color Blind" can cause a diverse class to diconnect from the learning objective. Bringing together a valued common cultural denominatior brings the learning to an optimum level.
