Every department has to be on the same page and engaged in this process from begining to end. Career Services must be engaged from begining to end as well but without the support of all departments it will be a challange for true success.&nbsp;</p> <p>Finally, analyze what is being done now that is not working in the process from beggining to end (find the kink in the chain).
