From this course module one of the most valuable lessons learned, as well as confirmed, has been how to strike a balance between speed (timeliness), accuracy and service. As it relates to higher education, all stakeholders rely on having their needs met through timely communication and accuracy in order to establish trust and foster positive relationships with them.
Therefore, moving forward I intend to incorporate these principles into my daily work as I continue to be proactive in communicating with our stakeholders; verifying the accuracy of information and processes prior to making decisions; and, always keeping the interests of our students at the center of any concern or question they may have. Ultimately, I believe that utilizing an integration of timeliness, accuracy and service will create positive outcomes for students and institutions alike.
