I plan to add additional lessons/discussions regarding employability. There are certain soft skills such as simply showing up on time and understanding diverse perspectives that can greatly enhance student employability.
Also, I liked the idea of bringing in a guest speaker with an international perspective. I think this can greatly enhance a students overall global perspective and perhaps give them insight on how to improve their global perspective.
