People have different motivators that bring them to make the changes they are making now. What motivates one student may not bring the best out in each one. How do I avoid a Motivation for one student becooming a stressor for another? If I put out the goals and then lay down the road map we will follow in order to get there that is a motivator to at least 80% They are comfortable with the pace we will move to get there. The remaining 20% seems to dwell on what the consiquences are for failing to stay witht he group on the map.
