Good morning!

I've been working with generative artificial intelligence since the Spring of 2023, and I found myself pleasantly surprised by this course: the idea of artificial intelligence having many areas where human engagement is critical helped me look at my job in a different way. In my current position, I evaluate what artificial intelligence does with human requests, but I did not think about the ways companies view artificial intelligence within their own businesses. For instance, some organizations have a fear of using artificial intelligence because of a fear staff will be replaced. Though this idea may be true in some instances, the thought is not an established fact because of biasness, inaccuracies,  sensitive information, information privacy, and more. As a result, human beings will always need to have a role with the use of any artificial intelligence utilized.

I like that the course taught a wonderful strategy for artificial intelligence usage in the workplace: hypothesis, create measurements, evaluate the results, and present the findings. I feel these four steps would be a great benefit to any area in higher education, and I hope to utilize it for some of the ones in which I work.
