I would suggest that you do it with them, having them do the actual work as you coach them through it. You definitely don't want to absorb work that shouldn't be yours. I think your behavior might cause your team to feel motivated but their actions perhaps do not depict the same level of motivation that they feel internally. It certainly inspires admiration to have a leader consistently leading from the front. However, I think it's important to balance the time we spend coaching and delagating with the time we spend leading from the front. All it takes is about an hour a week of planning in order to execute this.
