One thing I’ve learned about AI in the planning workflow is how much time it can save during the brainstorming and organizational stages of lesson design. AI tools can quickly generate lesson outlines, discussion prompts, differentiated activities, formative assessments, and pacing suggestions, allowing teachers to focus more on student needs and instructional quality rather than starting from scratch. I’ve also learned that AI works best when teachers provide clear prompts and specific goals, and that it should enhance teacher creativity rather than replace it.
