I learned that everyone has unique learning preferences, such as visual, auditory, reading/writing, or kinesthetic, and that recognizing these differences can make the learning process more effective and enjoyable. One important takeaway for me is self-awareness; when we understand how we learn best and what barriers we face, we can actively seek strategies to support growth. that will benefit learners.
