My students seem to already be YouTube addicts, spending their lunch time watching. Turning them on to the educational possibilities is beneficial, as they will then spend at least a little time on those instead of the silly time-suck JackAss-type stuff. As for the videos which I use in my presentations, I prefer to download them and embed them in the ppt to save time and distractions in the classroom.
