Good - and for me, everything means soft skills, professionalism, attendance, etc. Many of our younger students have had poor or absent training the common courtesies involving the world of work, so beside the technical aspect of a job, we can help our students by teaching them how to be good employees, able to acquire and keep a job, and have a successful career.
