Hi Teresa: Role modeling, mentoring, teaching by example, these are all really talking about the same thing - being ready for class. Oraganized with resources and media has been checked to be sure it's working. Handouts have been copied. Questions don't interrupt the teacher, they seamlessly intertwine within the lesson and then back to the topic. Teachers who are willing to make a difference will take the time and interest to make their classes run smoothly. Mediocrity will be the best we can achieve otherwise. Nobody want that. Regards, Barry
