Hi Marsa: Nudging is good. Frequent nudging is better. I think informing students about their performance is good and we have to understand it takes a bit of time for students to make corrections or adjustments in their thinking, or apply the suggestions for improvement we've made. So intial discussion followed by periodic updating and reinforcment is best. Also, sharing with caring, kindness, and honesty and sincerity will demonstrate professionalism and convey the teacher care about the student's successfulness. Regards, Barry
