This module reinforced for me how important it is to stay curious and avoid making assumptions about a learner’s behavior, communication style, or definition of career success. I plan to apply this by asking more open-ended questions, reflecting on my own biases, and adapting my approach to better understand each learner’s individual values, experiences, and goals.
